License Renewals – October 1- December 31

Online renewals are expected to be available in the next few weeks. However, you may currently renew by:

1. Printing the renewal form: CAET Renewal Form

AND

2. Submitting the completed renewal form via mail or email to brandi.n.legg@wv.gov

PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD ONLINE

Email the renewal form and credit card receipt to brandi.n.legg@wv.gov or mail the receipt with your printed renewal.

If you have a name change, you will not be able to renew online until the Board has received the proper legal documentation.
