If there is a delinquent effective date next to a licensees name, the date listed is the date in 2010 that the licensee was authorized to proceed from the preceding year ending December 31, 2009 to practice veterinary medicine in West Virginia in 2010.
All licenses expire annually December 31, unless the license is suspended or revoked prior to the end of the year.
If there is no date listed in the delinquent effective date column next to a licensee's name, the licensee was authorized to commence practice in 2010 effective January 1, 2010.
